A little piece of tech history!

No… This post is not about some boring history about tech but rather about a few nifty pieces of CPU which I have inherited from my Tech loving cousin whom has sadly left the world of PC for Macs.

He found several pieces of them during his annual spring cleaning session, stashed in his vast mountains of ancient hardware. Note that even though these CPU are slow compared to modern standards, the CPUs which I am about to show you were speed demons in its’ heyday.

If you were to look closely, 2 of them were from an era not long ago…

Can anyone guess what CPU is this? It is none other than...

... The celeron! It overclocks great, can you believe it?

These were paired up for dual CPU!

And finally... the CPUs from a not so long ago era; the Athlon 64 and Intel P4.

And now… to find a nice box to frame them up! =D
